Hello all!
Welcome to the Community Monthly Update for June.
The June 2023 Magento Open Source Security and Services Release is here!
Accessibility improvements for PWA studio and important security updates are now available for Adobe Commerce and Magento Open Source as part of our June release. New Magento Open Source versions include 2.4.6-p1, 2.4.5-p3, 2.4.4-p4, and patches for extended support clients.
PWA Studio
We have improved accessibility to resolve critical issues that are blocking online shopping experiences. PWA Studio can now address the needs of people with all types, degrees, and combinations of disability. These guidelines make Web content more usable for individuals with changing abilities due to aging and often improve usability for users in general.
Payment Services
Payment Services, a fully integrated payments solution that lets customers securely manage payment and order data right from the Admin, is now available in Australia.
Security Updates
Our June release also includes new security patches for all versions still under support or extended support. Check out the security bulletin and the security patch releases. We strongly recommend that users install security updates as soon as they are available.

Commerce Marketplace Version Compatibility Update
Helping our customers run frictionless upgrades to the latest version of Adobe Commerce is a top priority for us, and extension upgrades are a key piece of this. On March 14th, 2023, we released Adobe Commerce version 2.4.6. After careful review of the 2.4.6 version, we set our Commerce Version Compatibility date to Thursday, July 12th 2023.
Any extension that is not compatible with 2.4.6 by July 12th, 2023 will be removed from the marketplace. Please submit a new version as soon as possible on https://commercedeveloper.adobe.com/. Thank you for helping our customers run quick and frictionless commerce upgrades!
Commerce Marketplace Branding Update
The Adobe Commerce Marketplace is moving to a new Adobe branded domain and will now be accessible at – http://commercemarketplace.adobe.com/. The Marketplace continues to be the trusted source for Adobe Commerce and Magento Open Source merchants to discover and purchase extensions. The change reflects the unification of the Marketplace under the Adobe Brand. All old links including deep links redirect to the previous domain.
Community Prioritization Process for Magento Open Source
We will be picking another batch of pull requests under the community prioritization framework on June 28, 2023. Please cast your vote by adding 👍 on PRs that you would like us to work on.
The Magento Open Source Community Prioritization Process initiative empowers the community to influence the Magento Open Source roadmap and code base by upvoting the pull requests that brings most value to them. We then pick the most up voted PRs (Pull Requests) to work on and add them to the community dashboard with a purple label – “Project: Community Picked.” We added another 10 PRs this month for processing based on the votes from the community. The progress update for this month will be out soon. Please check the real time status of all the pull requests added under this process on the dashboard.
If you missed our earlier updates on community prioritization process, please visit the DevBlog.
Don’t miss the chance to influence Adobe’s roadmap for Magento Open Source.
